How Long Will It Take To get My Program?

As a general rule, and for items in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing if your order is placed Sunday-Thursday. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing if your order was placed on Friday-Saturday. This time frame will depend on the availability of your item(s), and the number of orders ahead of you in the processing queue.

If your item is in low supply or on back order, processing time may take longer. These items will be shipped as soon as possible, and in the order in which they were received. Every effort is made to keep these items in stock and readily available, however, this is not always possible.

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with your confirmation number. Once your item ships, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If 3-4 business days have passed and you have not received your tracking number, this does not mean we have forgotten about you! We daily monitor all orders and shipments, and are continually contacting the warehouse to ensure your orders goes out asap! Chances are, your order will be shipped within another 1-2 business days, and was delayed due to an item being in low supply. Do You Ship To APO/FPO Addresses

Yes! We most definitely ship to those in the armed forces stationed on bases that require AOP/FPO addresses to be used. For P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii we typically use DHL Smartmail service as the default delivery service used. Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 12 business days. For APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, depending upon location.

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

The current shipping provider is FedEx Ground. However, when necessary or if the volume of orders is significant we will use other carrier services from USPS to DHL.

Do You Ship To Canada Or International?

Currently Power Up Workouts ships to the USA including HI and AK only. Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by USPS.

How Are Your Rates Determined?

All shipping rates are based on the weight of the item. For all US orders we charge a flat rate of $2 per pound per item.

An Example of this would be the SLim in 6 program which weighs approximately 4 pounds and therefore would come with a shipping charge of $8. Please refer to the specific item page where full shipping rate disclosures are made in regards to every item we offer.

What Can I Do If My Package Arrives Damaged Or Missing Items?

This is a good question, however rarely happens. As it stands Power Up Workouts is not liable for any shipping related damage or loss of order. We will however, work with you and the shipper to make certain that you receive your order as soon as possible.

If in the unfortunate event our warehouse either sent the wrong program or the program arrives missing items please send us an email within 72 hours of delivery and the missing or damaged item WILL be replaced free of charge.
